Camp takes place for an hour a day, in the morning or early evening, with the option of attending 12 or 20 sessions (3 or 5 days a week) over four weeks. Don’t expect your usual gym workout as exercises include short distance running, skipping, abs and core training, Pilates, circuit training, team work, free weights, mat work, games and hiking. There are camps on almost every doorstep nationwide and each camp is run by highly qualified and passionate fitness trainers, year round.

New in 2014, Adventure Boot Camp has introduced the FLEXI OPTION plan, allowing camp members to move their classes between time & camp locations (anywhere in the country) as it best suites their daily schedules.
This means that should ladies not be able to complete their 12 or 20 sessions within the allocated four week period at one particular location due to travel or life’s curveballs, they may exchange those days or time slots with a venue / time that is more suitable for them. It could be a camp which is closer to that Friday business meeting; or where you’ve decided to go for a few days holiday; or it could simply be that the time slot you normally attend just doesn't suit you every now and then, and the earlier / later time would be much better.
