This is great advice if you’re a commanding officer, but also very useful when it comes to taking control of your skin. If you know exactly what you’re up against, you’ll be better equipped to win the war against acne.

Often, the explanation for acne is over simplified. It’s claimed that acne is caused by toxins being expelled from your skin or the result of a congested colon, but it’s actually a lot more complex.

Once you get a better understanding of all the factors that contribute to the creation of a pimple, you’ll soon realise why many of the ‘simple’ solutions tend to fail.
