Acne and pigmentation in the 40's is a trail. Thankfully I found Skin Renewal through 'Google'. I have been very pleased with the treatment at the Fourways branch. Beverley, my therapist, is an Angel except when the stuff she puts on my face burns like I am in Hades. But she is wonderfully reassuring and gentle and I am seeing the results. From the first time I got to Skin Renewal Brooklyn, being black and a male not knowing much about beauty stuff, the staff made me feel at home. Their patience and attention to customers issues is top notch! I used to visit another practice but I don't think I well move to another one. Everybody is like family here now.
Landa is by far the best therapist I have ever had and I have had a lot. She is friendly, caring and extremely knowledgeable about any concern I have, or question I have. I approach her with all my skincare questions. If it wasn't for Landa I probably wouldn't be doing more carboxy.

When I approached Skin Renewal my skin was at it's worst looking, because I generally have good skin. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions. I see such an amazing improvement on my skin and my therapists always inform me on what she is going to do. I'm beyond impressed with the results I am seeing and would recommend anyone with a skin challenge to visit the branch.
Liezel is always professional and cordial. Have known her level of expertise for years now. She is "firm"and "gentle" and explains the process. The atmosphere at the clinic/salon is relaxed and friendly as well with happy smiley faces,. I am anxious to see the end results after I have completed my 6-8 treatments. Crossing fingers that it has been money well spent.
