A big thank you to Tanesha, my therapist, who is very bubbly and informative. The concierge made the whole experience like a walk in the park. From the explanation of how the appointment would run. It was amazing.

I had a peel and laser facial at Skin Renew, and the experience was calm, relaxing, and extremely professional from start to finish. Skin treatments can feel intimidating, especially when you’re trying to fix imperfections, but Skin Renew made the entire process easy and reassuring. If you’re looking to improve your skin in a professional, comfortable, and relaxing environment, I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been on my skin journey since 2022, and choosing Skin Renewal Fourways has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin. From the very beginning, my experience with Xoli and Dr Caitlin, my therapist and Doctor, respectively, has been nothing short of exceptional. I initially struggled with stubborn hyperpigmentation, and over time, with consistency and expert care, it is almost completely gone. The transformation has been remarkable. I constantly receive compliments on my skin, and it’s a true reflection of the knowledge, skill, and personalised approach Xoli brings to every treatment. Xoli is professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in long-term skin health, not quick fixes. She takes the time to explain treatments, carefully tracks progress, and adapts recommendations to what my skin actually needs. If you’re serious about results and want a therapist who truly knows what they’re doing, I cannot recommend Xoli and Skin Renewal highly enough.

I had an amazing overall experience and result at this store. A few months before my wedding I had a C02 laser treatment done with Dasha. Two weeks before she already started preparing me and my skin for what was to come by advising which products to use checking my supplements/medication intake , what to use when and what not to use the day of and before. I was so well prepared I knew exactly what to expect. This treatment isn't for sissies but I was well warned and could not have had a better experience elsewhere. From the moment I walked in the whole team was so welcoming and professional. As we reached the treatment room Dasha again explained what to expect. During the treatment she was so gentle , caring and professional. I did get a very good result even after just 1 treatment and knew exactly what to expect and do in terms of after care. My skin looked stunning on my wedding day! Thank you Dasha and Skin Renewal Willowbridge team!

Prior to my Skin Renewal journey, I honestly thought facial care was optional, and mindful eating wasn’t even on my radar. That all changed from my very first appointment. Dr Lilly truly saw me, and so did the entire team. Today, treatments are no longer just treatments. They have become intentional moments of self-care, reminders to slow down, be present, and honour myself. This journey has transformed how I show up for my skin, my body, and my overall wellness and I’m deeply grateful.

Dr Holly at the Century City branch was absolutely phenomenal! Marzet was also so lovely and helpful. They were both so great at making me feel comfortable and explaining my procedure to me. Really wonderful energy from the moment you walk in.

Excellent experience at Skin Renewal Brooklyn. I have been going here for 3 years now and their treatments really make your skin look fantastic. There are so many options, that I didn't even know existed, so it's worth a visit. I can highly recommend the Limelight laser - for making your skin look clear as porcelain. Rochelle is an amazing therapist and all of the staff are very friendly and efficient.

I have been for a few treatments at Skin Renewal and my skin is almost completely healed!! I’ve struggled for years until I visited them. Ganeefah is so nice and takes such good care everytime I visit!!

Dr Caitlin was professional and very knowledgeable about women’s skin and its maintenance. Dr Caitlin did not try to sell me products; instead, she gave advice as to what is necessary to keep skin as youthful as possible. 5-star rating for service.
