Loyalty is automatic. Every Skin Renewal patient is automatically enrolled on Skin Renewal's loyalty programme.
Membership and loyalty are mutually exclusive. No patient can be a member of both. When you join the Skin Renewals Elite Membership programme, your existing loyalty points are converted into a gift voucher, which can be redeemed. The opportunity to earn loyalty points then disappears.
Membership Elite patients select the membership tier best suited to their lifestyle, skin and health goals. Monthly instalments are debited on the 1st of each month.
