Janine Pfister

Janine Pfister completed her studies at Isa Carstens Academy of Health and Skin Care in Stellenbosch in 2001, launching a career of more than two decades in the health, skincare and wellness industry.

She spent five years working internationally on luxury cruise liners as a Spa Manager, gaining valuable experience in leadership, service excellence and the luxury wellness environment. In 2007, she returned to South Africa and joined the International Academy of Health and Skin Care in Cape Town as a lecturer, before relocating to Port Elizabeth, where she managed a spa for three years with a strong focus on marketing, operations and team development.

Janine joined Skin Renewal in 2011 as Branch Manager of the Willowbridge branch in Bellville, where she helped grow the branch into one of the top-performing branches in Cape Town and among the top three nationally.

After moving to Gauteng in 2015, Janine took on the role of Operations Manager, and her responsibilities have continued to expand ever since. Today, she plays an integral part in supporting Skin Renewal’s branches nationally, with responsibilities spanning operations, human resources, recruitment, onboarding, training, leadership development, systems implementation, process improvement and strategic business support.

Passionate about both people and performance, Janine is known for her practical, hands-on approach and her ability to bring structure, consistency and momentum to the business.
