Carmen’s journey in skin health began at the International Academy of Health and Skincare, where she earned her Diploma in Somatology. In 2013, she joined Skin Renewal as a skincare therapist and quickly advanced to the role of medical therapist, bringing an unwavering passion for clinical excellence and transformative results.

After dedicating time to raising her young son, Carmen has returned to Skin Renewal—now based in Ballito—as a senior therapist. With over a decade of experience, she excels at truly listening to each patient’s concerns and performing bespoke treatment that addresses both their immediate needs and long-term skin health goals.

Known for her nurturing demeanour and heartfelt empathy, Carmen ensures that every individual in her care feels valued, understood, and confident in their journey toward radiant, healthy skin.
