During the treatment, the professionalism and expertise of Dr Maureen, Janine Pfister (Somatology) and Dr Trent and were evident. They explained each step of the process, ensuring I felt informed and relaxed throughout. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional experience. The staff is very caring towards their clients. Dani is an amazing beauty therapist. I always have such a relaxing time when I go for my treatments, and she explains each treatment and the benefits thereof. I always receive a follow-up text from Dani to check up on my recovery.
