Every time I have gone in to get my treatment I feel like I’m pampered, respected and my concerns treated with diligence and care. I love all the staff who go beyond the call of duty to give the best treatment with all the pampering from the minute you enter their branch . Two very sweet ladies is prompt in giving you a very warm welcome and greeting at the reception and offering you a drink of your choice, water, coffee, or herb tea . Which is being prepared by another lovely lady who brings it to you. I’m so happy I discovered skin renewal Institute . Now I’ve been here for over 8 months and I’ve been working with Ricky my therapist and Wilna a wonderful nurse for a few months now. Wilna is such a lovely and caring woman, as I always say , seeing her is part of my therapy ☺️ Ricky’s level of knowledge with problem/acne skin has impressed me. As someone who has tried almost everything in the industry and visited countless dermatologists for years to treat my face, I’ve never been treated with such great attention to my skin and such a personalized action plan. He and Doctor Taryn have been working together to lighten my hyperpigmentation and I already see great improvement. I’ve done regular treatment , chemical peels, etc.. Dr Taryn also gave me the best advice and prescription ever for my hair loss issues which did work out great. Each step is explained and all my questions get the attention it needs which leaves me very motivated and excited about returning back to skin renewal cape quater each time. If you haven’t had a facial and want one with a group of highly dedicated and well-trained staff I encourage you to give skin renewal cape quater a call and enjoy!!!

I have been with the Skin Renewal for 6 months. My facial skin has shown a beautiful improvement and made me even look younger. I've been going to Skin Renewal in Parkhurst for many years and only have positive feedback. Total professionalism - from the moment you park your vehicle (welcomed by David), through to the ladies in reception (always greeting clients with a smile and warm hello) right through to the therapists. I've been treated by 3 therapists over the years and though they have different styles, each has a special touch to personalize the treatment and any specific requirements I may require. Very thorough ito products and not selling for the sake of selling but rather listen and understand before they recommend. And of course follow ups to check of you are happy with product. This place is a gem purely because of the people that work there.

Just the best! EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. Sharon is always there with a smile and great advice. Kelly is a fantastic therapist who really cares about your skin and the treatments she does for you. And Dr Darrienne is the most gentle, calming and trustworthy Dr I have come across. Needles scare me, I hate pain, and my anxiety is a little much , but Dr Darrienne takes away all my fears and anxieties, and makes needle procedures as painless as they can be. Her advice is incredible too and she'll be my Dr for as long as humanly possible :)J

Juliana is absolutely phenomenal in her treatments. She is has honestly helped my skin improve so much over the last 3 months. She is kind, professional, informative and just very good at what she does. Dr Michele has also been amazing. Friendly, does amazing work, very gentle and informative.
