Crai-Dean Williams

Crai-Dean’s journey into the skincare industry began shortly after she matriculated, when a chance encounter with students from the International Academy during a college field trip sparked her interest in beauty and skincare. Inspired by the industry's possibilities, she enrolled at the Academy of Health and Skincare in 2007.

After completing her studies, Crai-Dean embarked on an international career when she joined Steiner Ltd, now known as OneSpaWorld, aboard Royal Caribbean cruise ships. Starting as a body therapist, she soon moved into a dual role as Skincare Therapist and Assistant Manager, gaining valuable experience in advanced skincare, client care, and spa operations.

In 2017, she took the next step in her career, joining Canyon Ranch SpaClub aboard Celebrity Cruises as a Skincare Therapist and Onboard Trainer. This opportunity allowed her to further develop her expertise while sharing her knowledge and experience with fellow therapists.

After several rewarding years at sea, Crai-Dean returned to South Africa to pursue new opportunities and further her professional growth in the medical aesthetics industry. She joined Skin Renewal Claremont, bringing her extensive international experience, refined skincare knowledge, and dedication to personalised patient care to her role as a Skin Therapist.

With her warm, professional approach and commitment to continued learning, Crai-Dean strives to ensure that every patient feels comfortable, confident and well cared for throughout their skincare journey.
