Angela Videira Registered Nurse and Midwifery, Community Health

Nurses

Angela qualified as a Registered Nurse and midwife in 1986 at Addington Hospital in Durban with distinctions. She then decided to come to Johannesburg and worked in the Intensive Care Unit for a number of years. During this time she studied part-time doing Community Health and qualified in 1989, again with distinctions.

Her life then took a change and she went to Europe for a year with her husband, who was studying while she planned the destinations to visit on the weekends.

When she returned, she worked in Occupational Health, educating and looking after the health of the workers. She took an eight-year break to raise her two girls and started to work again 2010 for Ampath Laboratories at a medical aesthetic doctor and then at Sandton Oncology.

It was here she realised how important it was to prevent disease rather than cure it. She started at Renewal Institute in August 2013.

She currently consults from the Fourways, Parkhurst, Morningside and Irene branches.
