I have just started the weight loss treatment and I'm really impressed by the results and it's exactly what my body needed. 

As a client who has been coming here for years, a review of Skin Renewal is long overdue! I've been with them from the time they were in Windermere to where they are now in Florida Road. From the receptionists to the nurses, you are always greeted with warm, genuine smiles. They are all extremely accommodation, very patient and highly professional. As an ozone therapy patient, Nurse Mercedes is highly knowledgeable and passionate about ozone. All the friendly staff go out of their way to give you royal treatment, to the point where I even referred my parents to them. If I could give Skin Renewal 6 out of 5 stars, I would!

What an amazing experience. I was so nervous as this was my first time getting any procedure done and I have very thin and sensitive skin and the staff were so friendly and welcoming and calming and gave me all the reassurance I needed for the botox procedure and answered all my questions and concerns in the weeks and months even leading up to it, during the session as well as after the session. Dr Merle is absolutely amazing. She was so professional, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable and was so soothing with every minute that passed during the procedure. Not to mention the whole aura look and feel of the place feels like you are in heaven. Today is day 1 so look forward to seeing the results and hoping for the best but I know Skin Renewal will guide me and be my side every step of the way in the weeks to come. Highly recommend to anyone!

Today I had my first session of carboxytherapy and laser genesis for stretch marks, and I must say I am so so happy and pleased with this skin clinic and I will definitely be coming back. My therapist who did the treatment on me (Kovanna Naidu) was absolutely wonderful and made me feel extremely comfortable. Carboxytherapy is a little painful, but the pain was manageable and it subsides the very minute you are done and the laser genesis is basically pain free. Even my initial consultation with Dr. Michelle Blom was a pleasant experience, she is really nice and warm and makes you feel at ease. Overall just a really good experience.

Weeks before my appointment, I had very strong and informative communication with the clinic regarding Hyperhidrosis treatment. I went in today - the procedure was carried out very smoothly and almost painlessly. Unfortunately, during the procedure, my blood pressure dropped suddenly and I became incredibly dizzy (this was due to personal reasons.) the doctor promptly suspended the treatment while explaining to me what was happeneing and provided me with sugared water, tea and a quick blood pressure test. I felt in very safe hands and will definitely be back every time I come to South Africa. Thank you so much, I hope the results are as good as my experience with you.
