During my initial consultation, I was assessed based on my skin’s needs, and the Carboxy Facial was recommended for me. From the gentleman who conducted the consultation to the esthetician who performed my treatment, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. My therapist was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Although I was initially a bit nervous about the use of needles during the procedure, she was patient, reassuring, and explained everything clearly, which helped put me at ease. The clinic itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I’m very happy with the results of the treatment, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful follow-up message from the esthetician the next day to check on how I was doing. I would absolutely recommend Skin Renewal to anyone looking for personalised, high-quality skincare treatments.

My expectation of the depigmentation of my scar has been exceeded! My six-month journey included a comprehensive skin treatment plan and an excellent product solution by the in-house doctor, which has transformed my skin completely (not only the scar area). The ladies at reception were warm and welcoming and so accommodating, which made me feel at ease every time I walked into the Fourways branch.
