This branch is absolutely phenomenal in handling absolutely any concern you bring to them. The team and service are outstanding; I’ve been with them for years and don’t plan to change. A special mention goes to the beautiful faces of the branch (Janet, Maryke, and Zanele). Thank you for always accommodating me and going the extra mile with me on every visit! Another special mention to Dr Darienne - the most patient, gentle and understanding doctor I’ve had. She’s one of a kind! I had an incredible experience here from start to finish. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly with drinks and a towel, setting the tone for an exceptional visit. The clinic was spotless and beautifully maintained. The entire process was unlike anything I’ve experienced in America, and I appreciated how they guided me through each step. My facial was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt amazing afterwards. For my next procedure, I had Botox with Dr Ross Connor, who was an absolute gem! Not only is he hilarious, but he’s also exceptionally skilled. My Botox results were noticeable within a week, which has never happened to me in the U.S. I wish he could come to America to do my Botox! I absolutely loved my experience and wholeheartedly recommend this place!
