Wow! What a wonderful group of women working at the Lynwood branch. I live out of the country and come in for my treatments, and was so pleasantly surprised when Lourita, the lovely receptionist, called me to see if I could come in for a birthday facial (she noticed on her own my birthday was approaching) ahead of my injection appointment, gratis. So so kind. And then Anri, the loveliest angel, gave me one of the best facials and shoulder massages I’ve ever received! Truly brings a tear to my eye how sweet, welcoming, and warm these women were. I’ve been to many Skin Renewal branches, and there is something special here! Then Dr Sinead gave me such great advice on future treatments, didn’t try to upsell me or give unwanted injections and was just a fabulous person. She gave the Botox injections quickly and was a pleasure to chat with throughout. Highly suggest this location as you can have a lovely lunch or dinner in the shopping plaza right there after treatment. I can’t wait to return!

Skin Renewal Brooklyn in Pretoria has been an absolute gem in my skincare journey. Dr Janene’s warmth and cheerfulness make every visit feel like catching up with an old friend, while her professionalism and care ensure I always leave feeling confident in my treatment plan. The staff is incredibly accommodating of my sometimes unpredictable schedule — nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Special mention to Chantel, whose calm, steady presence during treatments makes the whole experience even more relaxing. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly.

The team at Cape Quarter are incredible professionals. From booking to the day I visited, I was warmly welcomed and carefully taken through my selected botox procedure. The doctors are invested in achieving natural, safe results. I never felt any pressure to add or purchase products or anything else of that nature (unless I asked for guidance). The team was responsive and always on hand for post-visit questions; I highly recommend them to anyone curious. I will gladly be returning.

I recently visited Skin Renewal on Florida Road and had an exceptional experience. Dr Nicolette is just amazing. As it was my first time doing Botox, she explained everything in detail and made the whole procedure comfortable, and I love the results I'm starting to see. Definitely my new favourite place.

I had such a pleasant experience at Skin Renewal Rosebank this afternoon. I have never been to this location, and I was warmly greeted and then looked after by Teresa, the concierge, who was lovely. Teresa gave me a mini-facial and head massage before my Botox, which was relaxing. I then met Dr Caitlin, who was also lovely and asked lots of questions about my Botox and face, which instilled confidence. She was extremely gentle, and I hardly felt a thing. She used ice on me and also gave me a little pot of Arnica gel as I said I bruise sometimes. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was all extremely calming and relaxing. An excellent experience, and I will be going there again- thank you!

I’ve recently been treated by Dr Graham for some Botox, and honestly, this has been the most natural and stunning result ever! I look so brighter and more lively, and everything is SO lifted. Mind you, I am turning 30 this year, and people are shocked and think I am 22! This is the best I’ve ever looked :) I’ve been coming to Skin Renewal Branches for five years now & I can truly say that each branch is just so lux and tranquil. The ladies and Willowbridge branch have the most beautiful, inviting, and kind energies !!
