Dr Bryan Castle

Dr Bryan Castle is a medical doctor with a background in cardiothoracic surgery and a passion for aesthetic medicine, skin health and holistic wellbeing. He graduated cum-Laude from Stellenbosch University in 2017. His extensive clinical experience in complex surgical and critical care environments has shaped a meticulous, evidence-based approach to medicine, with patient safety, precision and individualised care at its core. During this time, Dr Bryan earned his MRCS (Member of the Royal College of Surgeons) qualification from the University of Edinburgh in 2025.

Dr Bryan believes that aesthetic medicine is about far more than treating the skin. It is about helping patients look and feel their best while supporting healthy ageing, confidence and overall wellbeing. He takes a personalised approach to every patient, combining medical expertise with an appreciation for balance, proportion and natural-looking results.
