Elaine van Wyk

Elaine earned her Diploma, ITEC, and SAAHSP qualifications from the International Academy of Health and Skincare in 2007, graduating as the top-performing student among 120 peers. She began her career at an exclusive men’s salon in Green Point, where she refined her technical skills and client service for two years.

With a passion for travel and skincare, Elaine accepted a cruise ship contract as a facial therapist, exploring the Caribbean and Mediterranean while delivering luxurious treatments at sea. Upon returning to South Africa, she joined a prestigious beauty college in Sandton as a lecturer, sharing her expertise with aspiring therapists. Later, she moved back to Cape Town to manage a boutique salon at a physician’s practice, further deepening her understanding of medical-aesthetic protocols.

Her dedication to staying at the forefront of aesthetic technology led her to join Skin Renewal, where she enthusiastically embraced the clinic’s evidence-based treatments and patient-focused standards. Initially serving within client relations and live chat support, Elaine has since transitioned into a systems administrator and online shop representative role. In this capacity, she ensures seamless backend operations and enhances the digital shopping experience for all Skin Renewal customers.
