We’re kicking off this month with hearts full of joy as we celebrate beautiful new beginnings. Our senior therapist, Crai-Dean, welcomed her precious baby girl, Luna-Haven, on August 11th. We’re sending all our love and warm wishes for this special time, and can’t wait to have Crai-Dean back with us in November, freshly inspired by motherhood.
Our baby celebrations continue with heartfelt congratulations to Dr Carlien and her husband as they prepare to welcome their baby girl early next year. We share in their happiness and wish them health and all joy on this incredible journey into parenthood.
Our team came together for a fun movement session to boost circulation, strengthen bones, and support the fight against osteoporosis. A little exercise makes a big difference, and we’re all motivated to keep leading healthier lives, join us in moving towards wellness. Take the stairs when possible, enjoy an evening walk, and be mindful that simple daily movement matters. What we do now impacts our future selves.
