In his younger years Alwijn spent a lot of time in the sun resulting in fine lines and pigmentation. Dr Graham, Alwijns medical aesthetic doctor also noted acne scaring in addition to the loss of volume apparent in Alwijns facial structure due to ageing.

Alwijn's therapist, Tahren Lombard, and Dr Graham worked together on the plan for Alwijn's skin which comprised both the Blue Premier Skin Tightening and Anti-Ageing Solution as well as the Green – Supreme Skin Rejuvenation Solution. Treatments were done to stimulate his collagen production and the revolutionary EndyBleph technology was used on Alwijn to work on the lax skin under and around his eyes. Endymed Intensif Radio Frequency Micro needling was also done to target the hard-to-treat acne scars on Alwijn's face. Dr Graham also did a series of injectables to smooth fine lines and restore lost volume.
