I've been shopping around for a few months now and I tried having what I thought were either calluses or warts removed. I've spent over R2,000.00 up till now having them frozen by different doctors close to home and decided to give up on it for a while. A mate of mine recommended this place a few weeks back and I decided to give it a shot. They were extremely accommodating and friendly! Dr. Helenka saw me as a was a little late and then still got accommodated even though I couldn't see Dr. Graham. Dr. Helenka was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. The removal was on my fingers, 2 hard calluses/warts had to be removed and she did so effortlessly, with extreme precision and literally zero pain. There was a tiny sting for the initial injection to numb my finger but beyond that it was perfect and she explained the whole process flawlessly! I'm truly grateful for their patience and support to me. I recommend trying them!

As I walked into the facility I knew I was in for a special treat, the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Tahren gave me the most magical mani and pedi treatment that left me sleeping like a baby. I walked out of the treatment room feel so rejuvenated. I couldn't help but ended up buying vouchers as Christmas gifts for my friends for them to experience the excellent pampering that I received. What an amazing staff at Skin-renewal ! I had many question coming from the. US and Anneke answered all of promptly and throughly. On appointment day , everyone was so welcoming and no wait times to be seen . Dr. Helenka was fantastic. I liked her immediately. She asked what I was trying to achieve and explained why certain applications would or would not work . She was informed, no hard sales or pushy . Really listening to my concerns on face / neck. I have been struggling with hormonal acne since my pregnancy. Luckily I started going to Skin Renewal for facials followed by PDT and it has made a massive difference, don't know what I would have done without them. I can't recommend Skin Renewal enough.
