The Dr was so friendly and explained what was happening to my skin and recommended treatment. 6 months down the line, I am so happy with my skin. Surita is a friendly human being. She has so much patience and makes the experience so pleasant even for the painful treatments!!!

Lorian is pro-active with my treatments so that they are in line with my specific concerns. She always follows up with me after treatments and will keep on doing so until all discomforts are gone. Between Lorian's resilience and Dr Trent's guidance on treatments and products, my breakouts have completely cleared. This has given me the opportunity to focus on other concerns such as pigmentation and fine lines. Everyone is super friendly but Surita and Dr D are absolutely wonderful! Love love love them to bits . Surita has been doing my facials for a while now and my skin keeps getting better and better. It went from congested and acne prone to clear, soft and supple with her help. She Recommends the best affordable products too. Dr D is super friendly and knowledgeable, she gives you accurate info without making you feel intimidated, she also manages expectations quite well.

Dr. Trent and Surita are life savers! Everyone at the facility from front desk, to doctors, technicians and the behind the scene cleaning crew are wonderful and extremely talented kind people.
