I’ve been on my skin journey since 2022, and choosing Skin Renewal Fourways has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin. From the very beginning, my experience with Xoli and Dr Caitlin, my therapist and Doctor, respectively, has been nothing short of exceptional. I initially struggled with stubborn hyperpigmentation, and over time, with consistency and expert care, it is almost completely gone. The transformation has been remarkable. I constantly receive compliments on my skin, and it’s a true reflection of the knowledge, skill, and personalised approach Xoli brings to every treatment. Xoli is professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in long-term skin health, not quick fixes. She takes the time to explain treatments, carefully tracks progress, and adapts recommendations to what my skin actually needs. If you’re serious about results and want a therapist who truly knows what they’re doing, I cannot recommend Xoli and Skin Renewal highly enough.

Dr Caitlin was professional and very knowledgeable about women’s skin and its maintenance. Dr Caitlin did not try to sell me products; instead, she gave advice as to what is necessary to keep skin as youthful as possible. 5-star rating for service.

I had the most incredible experience at Skin Renewal Fourways. From the moment I arrived, I felt so well taken care of. My concierge, Bhongo, was absolutely lovely — professional, gentle, gorgeous, and so attentive. She explained every step with care and detail, making me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout. My doctor, Dr Shannon, was also unbelievable. Her expertise, warmth, and precision made all the difference. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel safe, seen, and so well looked after. I have to comment on my numerous experiences at Skin Renewal, especially the Fourways branch, specifically Lorianne and Dr D, absolutely brilliant ambassadors of this brand. I have been in the service industry for 23 years, but the experience at this branch is consistently on an international standard, authentic and makes a person feel valued as a customer, keep it up.

My expectation of the depigmentation of my scar has been exceeded! My six-month journey included a comprehensive skin treatment plan and an excellent product solution by the in-house doctor, which has transformed my skin completely (not only the scar area). The ladies at reception were warm and welcoming and so accommodating, which made me feel at ease every time I walked into the Fourways branch. A special acknowledgement goes to my therapist, Durea, who was always meticulous when working on my skin. Her attention to detail and gentle demeanour made my sometimes painful experience bearable. What a wonderful team you are, a real example of the phrase: ‘Teamwork makes the Dream work’. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Great service all the time! I wish I had started my journey with Skin Renewal sooner. The more my skin improves, the more confident I feel. I am grateful for my therapist, Lorian, who is one of the amazing people I met this year. Extremely considerate, she goes out of her way to give the best results possible and the best massage ever. I am thankful for Dr Lillie’s prescriptions and everyone at the reception. The booking system is also just amazing!

Great service from the team at Fourways; everyone is always friendly and happy, and you’re made to feel welcome there. Always get great service. Definitely recommend them as the go to guys for anything skin related.
