For most people it's such a daunting experience to go out there and try something new. At skin renewal I felt so at home, with a streamlined admission and sign up procedure. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about all the treatments they offer and don't mind answering questions. Believe you me I had many questions. For my first time I can definitely say I'll be back for more!. Highly recommended.
I am absolutely blown away by the skin journey I have recently been on. My facial pigmentation has been a real struggle over the years having had much hormonal imbalance and sun damage. I have had an incredible journey at Skin Renewal and visibility has drastically changed! I no longer have the dark spots and blotchy patches. There is a wonderfully even tone that I never thought possible! I cannot recommend Dr Trent Harris highly enough and to top my whole experience off - Sharon (Branch leader) and Beverly (Therapist) have been such great sources of knowledge and comfort throughout. Hoping to see further improvement the way I have thus far. A truly great team and a wonderful experience overall!

I found Skin Renewal Parkhurst to be absolutely excellent. Receptionists are both very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. There is also a gentleman by the name of David who I found to be absolutely charming. He greets you, finds the most perfect parking spot and escorts you yo reception. And absolute gem.
I started my journey at skin renewal in Parkhurst in July 2023. I have not looked back a day since! The family vibe, warmth and care that your receive the minute you enter, to the caring car guard when you park, to the time you walk into the consult room. The after service is what keeps me going back, together with the gentleness of my therapist Kelly, Sharon’s smiley face at reception, yolande’s constant calls following up to accommodate missed appointments. I also love that this is not a one size fits all shop, and neither is it a “let me push as many products” down your throat business model. The. Haines model is individual care, work within your budget, let’s see what you have that we can use in your skin care routine, and how can WE accommodate what’s BEST for YOU! The trust I have built with Kelly’s gentleness on my skin and following up after sessions - is really what I like! Makes me feel special and that she actually really cares! Client for life!
Just the best! EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. Sharon is always there with a smile and great advice. Kelly is a fantastic therapist who really cares about your skin and the treatments she does for you. And Dr Darrienne is the most gentle, calming and trustworthy Dr I have come across. Needles scare me, I hate pain, and my anxiety is a little much , but Dr Darrienne takes away all my fears and anxieties, and makes needle procedures as painless as they can be. Her advice is incredible too and she'll be my Dr for as long as humanly possible :)J
