Treatments are explained very well and I always feel that my well being is important. During treatment I am warned when she is going to go near my nose, mouth and eyes, which I like as these are sensitive areas. My questions are always always answered very well so that I understand what to expect. Overall always a pleasure coming for my treatments.

The therapist is very knowledgeable and provides consistent feedback on how the treatment works, what to expect during the session and how the skin will react post and in between sessions.
