For the past few years, I’ve been seeing my therapist, Crai-Dean, exclusively, and she’s been an absolute gem — gentle, caring, and completely tuned in to what my skin needs. Every treatment feels tailored and considered, and it’s clear that they take real pride in what they do. They take the time to explain everything, and there’s never any pressure, just great advice and even better results. I love that they have doctors on site with whom they regularly consult, so I always feel in the safest of hands. Everyone at the Claremont branch is friendly, welcoming, and excellent at what they do. It's a calm, beautiful space and I always walk out feeling like I've done something good for myself — and my skin! Highly recommend
