I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Skin Renewal Willowbridge during my micro-needling appointment. Before my treatment, I was seen by Dr Duncombe for a detailed assessment, and I truly appreciated the time and care taken to ensure the best approach for my skin. I wasn’t feeling my best due to a terrible migraine, but my therapist, Iza, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. She was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in on me throughout and making small adjustments to help me feel at ease. Her compassion made all the difference, turning what could have been a difficult day into a positive and relaxing experience. I can’t recommend Skin Renewal Willowbridge, Dr Duncombe, and Iza enough!
