I've been with Skin Renewal for quite some time now. I went to Stellenbosch because it's closest to me. I was amazed with their cleanliness and beautiful offices. The staff is super friendly and professional. I was thoroughly examined by Dr. Rulene and the best way forward was discussed. I first had very light peeling treatment and was put on a radiance cream. Follow-ups were regular, which I loved alot. I had I blood test done for best treatments. I was put on their Prepcream before I started treatment. I had a few needling treatments done by Celeste ,and saw results, the pigmentation became lighter, slow but steady progress. I continued with their Prepcream as it contains melanin suppressants. Then I went over to PICO Laser treatment. I fully trust Skin Renewal, because for them it's not about making money, but to give the best treatment that suits your skin type and problem.ive seen good results, thought, slow. I know that is what is best for my skin. I feel so much better about my skin. There is still a long road to go, but I trust Skin Renewal to do what is best. When I need advice I just chat on WhatsApp and they are more than willing to help and give advice. Thank you for great and friendly service always.
What a beautiful place to receive procedures !! Stunning. My Dr was Rulene, I had a laser peel, done by Tahren .. painful, but 👍 .. after care by Pat … they amazing!! The “whole team”, from entering the door to leaving is just a pleasure of friendliness, professionalism and care !! I would never dream of going elsewhere!!! Have had other procedures…. Absolutely love Skin Renewal! The staff are always so warm, welcoming and helpful. I live in Stellies so the Stellenbosch branch is a 5 minute drive away from my home/work - super convenient. I couldn’t recommend my doctor enough - Dr Helenka Fourie. She is professional, approachable, incredibly knowledgable and trustworthy. She has helped me tremendously with my skin concerns and will always make sure I understand the process 100%. I’ll be back again and again and again.
What an amazing staff at Skin-renewal ! I had many question coming from the. US and Anneke answered all of promptly and throughly. On appointment day , everyone was so welcoming and no wait times to be seen . Dr. Helenka was fantastic. I liked her immediately. She asked what I was trying to achieve and explained why certain applications would or would not work . She was informed, no hard sales or pushy . Really listening to my concerns on face / neck. As I walked into the facility I knew I was in for a special treat, the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Tahren gave me the most magical mani and pedi treatment that left me sleeping like a baby. I walked out of the treatment room feel so rejuvenated. I couldn't help but ended up buying vouchers as Christmas gifts for my friends for them to experience the excellent pampering that I received. I strongly recommend that you try Skin Renewal Stellenbosch... you don't know what you are missing. I've been shopping around for a few months now and I tried having what I thought were either calluses or warts removed. I've spent over R2,000.00 up till now having them frozen by different doctors close to home and decided to give up on it for a while. A mate of mine recommended this place a few weeks back and I decided to give it a shot. They were extremely accommodating and friendly! Dr. Helenka saw me as a was a little late and then still got accommodated even though I couldn't see Dr. Graham. Dr. Helenka was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. The removal was on my fingers, 2 hard calluses/warts had to be removed and she did so effortlessly, with extreme precision and literally zero pain. There was a tiny sting for the initial injection to numb my finger but beyond that it was perfect and she explained the whole process flawlessly! I'm truly grateful for their patience and support to me. I recommend trying them!
