Treatments are explained very well and I always feel that my well being is important. During treatment I am warned when she is going to go near my nose, mouth and eyes, which I like as these are sensitive areas. My questions are always always answered very well so that I understand what to expect. Overall always a pleasure coming for my treatments.

The overall experience is both painful and very good. In terms of the pain factor of the laser treatment. However I am happy with the results so far, skin is healing nicely. The therapist is wonderful, very friendly, keeps me distracted from the pain.
