Khanyi and Dr Liz listened attentively to my concerns, making me feel truly heard during my consultation. I appreciated the diverse options catering to my skin tone, which made me feel seen and valued. My second visit was just as exceptional, thanks to the personalised care and attention to detail from therapist Kayla. Top-tier professionalism, can't wait to return!

I've been going to Skin Renewal Claremont for several years now, and honestly, I wouldn't trust my skin with anyone else. From the very beginning, the team has been warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. For the past few years, I’ve been seeing my therapist, Crai-Dean, exclusively, and she’s been an absolute gem — gentle, caring, and completely tuned in to what my skin needs. Every treatment feels tailored and considered, and it’s clear that they take real pride in what they do. They take the time to explain everything, and there’s never any pressure, just great advice and even better results. I love that they have doctors on site with whom they regularly consult, so I always feel in the safest of hands. Everyone at the Claremont branch is friendly, welcoming, and excellent at what they do. It's a calm, beautiful space and I always walk out feeling like I've done something good for myself — and my skin! Highly recommend

Jody at the Skin Renewal Claremont branch is absolutely the best! She’s very knowledgeable, empathetic, and always communicative, especially after service care. She’ll always message the next day after the procedure to check in and see if I’m okay! Wonderful reception, always smiling and polite! It’s honestly the best Skin Renewal clinic in town! Free parking on premises as well makes heading to my appointment so convenient and a breeze! 10/10. My skin has never been in better condition after consistent sessions with Jody! It’s definitely a journey, but one worth taking!

I had the most incredible experience at Skin Renewal Fourways. From the moment I arrived, I felt so well taken care of. My concierge, Bhongo, was absolutely lovely — professional, gentle, gorgeous, and so attentive. She explained every step with care and detail, making me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout. My doctor, Dr Shannon, was also unbelievable. I've been seeing my therapist, Ganeefah, for 2 sessions already, and I can see such a difference in my skin texture, and overall glow. It’s the azelaic acid peel with a laser treatment afterwards. I recommend this to anyone who is struggling with stubborn spots and pigmentation. I can't wait to go back for my third session. I love Skin Renewal and what they have to offer. It was my first time at Skin Renewal in Stellenbosch. My usual dermatologist was fully booked, and I was able to get an appointment quite easily. I went for underarm hyperhidrosis treatment with Dr Liz Dodds. The whole team, from reception to the doctor, was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this centre to anyone.

From the gentleman who conducted the consultation to the esthetician who performed my treatment, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. My therapist was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Although I was initially a bit nervous about the use of needles during the procedure, she was patient, reassuring, and explained everything clearly, which helped put me at ease. The clinic itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I’m very happy with the results of the treatment, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful follow-up message from the esthetician the next day to check on how I was doing. I would absolutely recommend Skin Renewal to anyone looking for personalised, high-quality skincare treatments.

I have to comment on my numerous experiences at Skin Renewal, especially the Fourways branch, specifically Lorianne and Dr D, absolutely brilliant ambassadors of this brand. I have been in the service industry for 23 years, but the experience at this branch is consistently on an international standard, authentic and makes a person feel valued as a customer, keep it up.
